About the Role

KKT BUILDING SOLUTIONS, K.K. Nagar, Chennai, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell wires, cables, and related electrical or hardware products. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.

• Promote and sell wires, cables, and related products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate enquiries and convert them into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment collections.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in wires and cables, electrical products, or related hardware products.

• Proven experience in field sales and customer handling.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Chennai.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Immediate joiners preferred / required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electrical wires, cables, hardware, or building material sales.

• Knowledge of dealer and distributor networks.

• Strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
