We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive business growth in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting logistics solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation; BBA, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, Transportation, Courier, or related fields.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
