Position: Lead Generator

Job Summary
Kathleho Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generator to support our Sales Team by identifying potential customers and generating quality business leads for our Lift, Elevator, Escalator, and Car Parking System solutions. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, social media, and other sources.
Identify potential clients such as builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and property owners.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for timely lead conversion.
Submit daily lead generation and activity reports.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: Freshers to 1 year in Lead Generation, Customer Support, or Sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
