About the Role

Kashi Realtors is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell construction chemicals and building materials. The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and construction professionals while generating sales and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and construction sites regularly.

• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

• Promote products such as waterproofing solutions, construction chemicals, tile adhesives, paints, putty, white cement, gypsum plaster, false ceiling systems, and other building materials.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage goals.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1 - 3 years of field sales experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry will be an added advantage.

• Must be self-motivated and willing to travel for field visits.

• Two-Wheeler Vehicle and Smartphone Mandatory.
