We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our student base and strengthen our brand presence.---Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the academy’s courses, generating admissions, managing leads, and executing marketing strategies across offline and digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, student counselling abilities, and a strong understanding of coaching/education marketing.---Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Student CounsellingCounsel prospective students and parents regarding course offerings, fees, batches, and career opportunities.Follow up with leads received through calls, enquiries, walk-ins, and social media.Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and academy strengths.Maintain daily follow-up records and admission reports.Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.Marketing & BrandingPlan and execute marketing campaigns (offline + online) to generate leads.Manage the academy’s social media pages, content posting, and engagement activities.Coordinate educational seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional events.Build relationships with schools, colleges, and healthcare institutions to promote courses.Assist in the creation of brochures, posters, banners, and digital ads.Track market trends and competitors to suggest new marketing ideas.Administrative & CoordinationCollaborate with faculty and management to manage batch schedules and student communication.Support front desk operations during peak admission periods.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.---Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in coaching, education, or healthcare sector.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to handle student queries professionally and build trust.Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under target-based environments.---Preferred QualificationsExperience in education counseling or coaching center marketing.Knowledge of nursing courses, competitive exams, or healthcare sector.Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.---Key CompetenciesStudent-friendly communicationSales negotiation & closing skillsSocial media and digital marketing awarenessEvent coordinationData reporting & organizationPositive attitude and teamwork---BenefitsAttractive salary + performance incentivesGrowth opportunities within the academyTraining and support from academic leadership
