We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell vehicle loan products. The role involves field visits to dealerships and customers, generating loan leads, explaining loan products, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate vehicle loan leads through field visits, referrals, and dealer tie-ups
Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and documentation requirements
Assist customers with loan application and documentation process
Achieve monthly vehicle loan disbursement targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain daily activity and sales reports
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory in many roles)
