With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we serve customers across India and international markets.🎯 Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote Plastochem’s product range including Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Chemicals and solvent cements. This role requires regular field travel and strong communication skills.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Visit retailers, distributors, plumbing contractors, and hardware stores to promote and sell our product range.Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets.Demonstrate product usage and provide technical guidance where required.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and orders.Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.Participate in local trade fairs, product demos, and promotional activities.✅ Qualifications & Skills:Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field (Commerce preferred).1–3 years of field sales experience (Adhesives/Building Materials/Hardware preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.Familiarity with local market and routes.💼 Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range - 20k to 30 kTravel allowanceOpportunity for career growth within the company
