About the Role

We are looking for Field Sales Executives (Certified Internet Consultants) who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

The role involves visiting businesses in the assigned area, collecting and updating business information, introducing business owners to Justdial's services, onboarding them to the Justdial platform, and generating revenue by selling online visibility and presence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and commercial establishments in the assigned area/geography.

• Collect and update accurate business information on Justdial.com.

• Educate business owners about Justdial and its digital services.

• Explain the benefits of having an online presence through Justdial.

• Onboard business owners and encourage them to download and use the Justdial App.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

• Generate revenue by selling Justdial's online presence and business solutions.

• Handle the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to conversion.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners.

• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
