Location: Field Visit (Local / Regional Travel Required)
Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Solar / Industrial B2B Sales / Electrical Equipment background preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentive Structure Field Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively visit industrial areas, factories, commercial complexes, hospitals, hotels, and educational institutions to identify potential B2B clients for Solar Rooftop / EPC projects.
Client Engagement: Meet factory owners, C-level executives, facility managers, and procurement heads to explain solar ROI, electricity cost reduction, and subsidy/government policies.
Lead Conversion: Work on company-provided leads as well as self-generated leads to schedule site surveys and present customized proposals.
Site Coordination & Proposal Presentation: Collect electricity bills, roof details, and coordinate with the technical team for site feasibility. Present commercial proposals and cost-benefit analysis to clients.
Networking & Tie-ups: Build a strong network with local electrical contractors, architects, civil builders, and industrial associations for referral leads.
Deal Closing & Payment Realization: Negotiate pricing terms, finalize purchase contracts, and ensure timely payment collection as per milestones.
Reporting: Maintain daily field visit logs, update lead pipeline status, and report daily activity to management.
