About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing long-term and short-term business opportunities in Pest Control, Facility Management, and Product Sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving new sales targets, contract renewals, and collections as per assigned business goals. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external customers to ensure excellent service delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Sales)
Achieve monthly sales targets as per the approved business plan.
Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory.
Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers.
Respond to customer enquiries within defined timelines.
Maximize enquiry-to-order conversion.
Ensure timely contract renewals.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
Prepare and update Monthly Performance Grid (MPG).
Meet all assigned Sales KPIs.
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct site inspections and surveys.
Generate quotations through the system.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Operations and Back Office.
Collect customer feedback and appreciation letters.
Ensure accurate customer information is recorded.
Coordinate service requirements with Operations.
Ensure new sales are updated in the system for execution.
Administration & Accounts
Ensure timely invoice submission.
Coordinate with the Back Office for invoicing.
Share costing and customer expectations with Operations.
Follow up on collections and daily billing status.
MIS & Reporting
Update sales activities in the system.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Maintain an accurate customer database.
