Key Responsibilities:
Generate fresh and verified insurance leads through field activities.
Visit markets, corporate offices, residential areas, and business hubs to identify potential customers.
Build relationships with agents, brokers, local vendors, and referral partners.
Conduct surveys and data collection to identify prospective clients.
Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal sales/tele-calling team for lead follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Ensure data accuracy and quality of leads shared with the sales team.
Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
