Job Summary
This is a field-based sales role where you will generate business by meeting transporters, logistics partners, and clients across Ahmedabad. You will understand client requirements, explain services, and close deals. The role is performance-driven with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular field visits to transporters, fleet owners, and business clients
· Generate leads through market visits, references, and networking
· Schedule meetings and perform consistent follow-ups with clients
· Explain company services clearly and close deals
· Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
· Maintain accurate client data, meetings, and deal status in Excel
· Achieve and maintain monthly and weekly sales targets
· Submit daily reports of field activity and performance
Transport & Logistics Exposure
· Direct interaction with transporters, fleet owners, logistics operators, and business clients
· Understanding of freight movement, supply chain coordination, and delivery operations
· Hands-on experience with real-time logistics challenges and solutions
· Exposure to B2B client handling and negotiation
· Learning how logistics businesses operate and scale
· Strong foundation for careers in sales, operations, and supply chain management
Salary & Incentive
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based on deals and targets

Requirements
· 2–4 years experience in field sales (Transport – Logistic)
· Fluency in Hindi and English
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Comfortable with field work and travel
· Basic Excel knowledge
· Target-driven mindset
· Own Two Wheeler with License and RC book
· Own Smartphone
