Identify and onboard new merchants to GPay.
Visit inactive merchants and ensure their accounts are reactivated.
Conduct regular follow-up visits with active merchants to maintain strong relationships.
Increase merchant engagement and GPay transaction activity within assigned territory.
Ensure a minimum of 10 merchant visits per day (New + Inactive + Active).
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/Reporting tools.
Achieve monthly targets for onboarding and activation.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field sales and merchant interaction.
Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.
Basic knowledge of digital payments (UPI) is an advantage.
