Role Summary
Field Sales Executives at company's drive merchant acquisition and activation in their territory. You’ll promote and sell company’s core products like company's QR, Soundbox, EDC/Card Machine, and other merchant services to small businesses, retailers, and shopkeepers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits to onboard new merchants in assigned area
- Explain and sell company payment solutions and onboard merchants end-to-end
- Ensure timely installation of Soundbox/EDC and train merchants on usage
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition & activation targets
- Address merchant issues, collect feedback, and drive retention
- Maintain daily sales reports and update data in the company's working app
- Build strong relationships with merchants to increase transactions

Candidate Profile
- Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years in field sales/B2B sales preferred
- Skills: Local language fluency, basic Hindi/English, negotiation skills
- Requirements: Own bike + smartphone, willingness to travel daily
- Traits: Target-oriented, self-starter, good interpersonal skills
