We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell holiday packages, visa services, and air ticketing solutions to corporate clients, leisure travelers, and B2B travel agencies. The role involves direct client interaction, lead generation, and building strong business relationships in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages, visa services, and air tickets
Generate leads from corporate clients, individual travelers, and travel agents (B2B)
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and travel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and customer support
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and airline policies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Travel & Tourism, Business, or Marketing)
1–3 years of experience in travel sales, field sales, or a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of holiday packages, visa processes, and air ticketing
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
