As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Field Sales Executive with good mechanical product understanding to boost our market presence, engage customers effectively, and support our sales expansion efforts.

Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and confident field sales representative with 1–2 years of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

·         Visit potential customers to promote and sell company products

·         Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

·         Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions

·         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·         Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

·         Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups

·         Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand effectively

Skills & Requirements

·         Postgraduate in MBA

·         1–2 years of field sales experience

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet targets

·         Willingness to travel for field visits

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
