Job Description

Job Role – Estate Team Member (ETM).

Job Description: -

You have to search Land for Telecom Tower Installation. Check all required documents related to land, rent negotiation with landowners etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Discuss with landowners for renew of the expired agreement as per the rental guideline.

Ø Discuss with landowners to reduce monthly rent on high rental sites.

Ø i-Care TT’s should be closed within 15 days after discussion with site landowners. (Regarding rental issue, F&F settlement) which the has complained to the landlord helpdesk.

Ø Minimum 4 sites quality visits per day and entry to be done in i-Map.

Ø Collection of documents from the Landlords against Ownership/Death Case.

Ø Get signature of landlords on the Death Case/Ownership change agreement.

Ø Discuss with landowners on PRI hold sites (upgrade work) and resolve the issue.

Ø Negotiate with landowners on lock sites and close settlement within 30 days.

Ø Discuss with landowners on capture sites where site owners demand illegal diesel/rent.
