Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our finance services company. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring extensive local travel within the assigned territory to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in achieving ambitious sales targets and a solid understanding of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through networking, and direct sales activities within the designated local area.
Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to explain and sell financial products/services.
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge within the finance industry.
Required Qualifications
Gender: Male (Required for the specific demands of the field role, including extensive travel and physical presence in various locations).
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in a Field Sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the financial services sector (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Attribute: Must be highly goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and possess a professional demeanor.
Mandatory: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license for local travel.
Working Details
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
