Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, expanding the dealer network, and promoting Edyell helmet Bluetooth products in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular market visits and relationship management with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Visit helmet shops, bike accessory stores, and distributors regularly.
Generate new leads and onboard new retail partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features.
Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in automotive accessories, helmets, or electronics).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must own a bike and valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
