About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, presenting our solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Impressio provides end-to-end supply chain and kitting solutions across apparel, stationery, corporate gifting, and related requirements for schools, hospitals, manufacturing units, and corporates.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.

• Visit schools, hospitals, manufacturing units, corporate offices, and other institutions to understand their requirements.

• Present Impressio's products and solutions based on client needs.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.

• Maintain daily updates on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.

• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Field Sales is preferred.

• Candidates from B2B sales, institutional sales, corporate sales, FMCG, retail, education, healthcare, gifting, stationery, apparel, or related industries can apply.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting new clients.

• Target-oriented and motivated by incentives and business growth.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

• Good command of English and the local language.
