Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting potential and existing customers, building strong relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within assigned territories and direct interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.

• Visit clients regularly to present products and services.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

• Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Valid driver's license (if required).
