Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at iKavach Solutions LLP. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our iAgentKavach software to insurance agents, insurance advisors, and insurance professionals.

The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, building customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills and grow professionally in the InsurTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit insurance agents, advisors, and insurance offices to promote iAgentKavach software.

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through field visits and networking.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans to prospective customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and help prospects understand how iAgentKavach can simplify their insurance business management.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into paid customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.

• Coordinate with the telecalling and customer support teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Freshers with a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and meetings.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.

• Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and achieve sales targets.

• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

• Experience in insurance sales, financial services, SaaS products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
