Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Indore. The role involves promoting and onboarding merchants with our digital payment solutions including sound boxes and QR codes. You will be responsible for identifying potential merchants, pitching our product offerings, and closing sales in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, local businesses, and merchants across assigned routes in Indore.

• Pitch and onboard merchants on the QR payment platform.

• Demonstrate and install sound boxes for audio payment notifications.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Collect KYC documents and ensure accurate data entry.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients for upgrades or referrals.

• Submit daily reports and meet assigned sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass and graduate preferred.

• 0-1 years of field sales experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with daily field travel within Indore.

• Own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler.

• Basic understanding of UPI/digital payments is a plus.
