### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote loan products through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and achieving monthly sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through field visits, references, market activities, and customer referrals.

* Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, or other applicable loan products.

* Visit customers, shops, businesses, and other potential customer locations.

* Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and application procedures.

* Collect and verify customer KYC and income documents as per company policy.

* Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

* Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

* Maintain customer relationships and provide regular follow-ups.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and fair sales practices.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

* Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.

* Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation is an advantage.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if required for field visits.
