Position: Loan Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

HRD Fintech Management Services is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Loan Field Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire customers, and facilitate loan applications. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Car Loans, and other financial products while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.

Meet prospective customers and explain loan products.

Source applications for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Car Loan, etc.

Collect KYC and required documents from customers.

Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing and disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSA partners, builders, and local businesses.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Loan Sales is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel locally.
