Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Partner to build, manage, and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is critical in driving revenue through strategic partnerships and ensuring strong collaboration between partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners
Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure partner success
Manage and optimize performance of existing partners to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
Collaborate with the internal sales team to align channel strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Develop and manage partner budgets and sales forecasts
Design and execute partner programs (training, incentives, marketing campaigns)
Track and report partner performance using key metrics (sales, revenue, ROI)
Resolve partner conflicts and operational challenges proactively
Support partners with product knowledge and solution offerings
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
Requirements & Skills
3–5 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of sales strategies and partner ecosystems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
