Responsibilities:
l Meet buyers (Food & FMCG retailers), sell the idea of B2B e-Commerce, where pricing is transparent with assured delivery without compromising on quality (same day or next day delivery).
l Primarily field-based, involving visits to customer locations and significant travel.
l Develop and execute sales strategies for achieving revenue targets.
l Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and maximum profitability.
l Adherence to the guidelines and code of conduct required at work location always.
Collect customer orders and coordinate timely delivery with internal teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
l Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
l Local city knowledge and fluency in local language.
l Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license
l Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
l Sales attitude, analytical skills and good in problem solving, stability in previous employments should be mandated.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Food & FMCG.
