Position: Sales Executive / Sales Officer – Field Sales
Job Type: Full-time, On-roll
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits.
Visit customers, builders, property dealers, and local markets to generate business.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect customer documents and KYC details.
Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate, depending on the specific vacancy.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to vacancy requirements.
Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of the local area.
Willingness to work in field sales and achieve targets.
Job Details
Salary: Approximately ₹2.40 LPA CTC for the campus hiring role; other vacancies may differ.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
