Job Title: Sales Officer / Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales

CTC: ₹2.00–₹2.70 LPA
Age Limit: 21–28 Years
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Conduct field visits to meet customers and generate business.
Identify potential customers through references and local market sourcing.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Build relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and other referral sources.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred or as required for the specific role.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to role requirements.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
Willingness to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
