Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to expand Penguin Footwear’s presence across retail shops in Ghaziabad. The role involves door-to-door visits to footwear retailers, onboarding new shops, and driving consistent order generation.

Key Responsibilities

Visit 15–25 retail footwear shops daily in assigned areas

Pitch Penguin products (clogs, slippers, sandals) to shop owners

Onboard new retailers and build long-term relationships

Take orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery

Ensure proper display & visibility of Penguin products in stores

Collect market feedback on pricing, designs, and competitor activity

Achieve monthly sales and outlet addition targets

Maintain daily reporting of visits, orders, and collections

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

0–2 years of experience in field sales / footwear / apparel

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with door-to-door sales

Basic smartphone usage (for order & reporting)

Must be familiar with local areas of Ghaziabad

Preferred Profile

Experience in footwear or garment distribution

Existing network with local retailers is a plus

High energy, street-smart, and target-driven

Compensation

6 days a week

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (field-based role)
