Roles & Responsibilities:
● Act as the first point of contact for customers interested in CIDCO homes.
● Provide detailed information about CIDCO housing schemes, locations, and the
application process.
● Assist customers in filling out online application forms and ensure the correct
submission of required documents.
● Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the application process,
including grievances post-launch.
● Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth execution of
customer interactions.
● Support field activities within the designated cluster, requiring mobility on
two-wheelers for in-person customer interactions.
● Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the system with new
customer information and follow-ups.
