Salary: ₹25,000 CTC (Fixed) +15000 Incentives + 2500 petrol allowance

Mobikwik is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives for merchant acquisition and onboarding activities across locations in Bengaluru. Hubbli, Belagavi, Haveri, Dhavangere, Candidates should be comfortable with field work and interacting with local shop owners and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Visit shops, restaurants, and local businesses in assigned areas.

Acquire and onboard new merchants for BharatPe services.

Explain BharatPe QR, Soundbox, and payment solutions to merchants.

Complete KYC and onboarding documentation.

Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must own a smartphone.

Candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
