Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and networking to source home loan leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with developers, builders, and real estate agents to generate referrals.
Loan Processing: Collect, verify, and submit customer KYC and financial documents, ensuring accuracy for loan sanctioning.
Product Promotion: Educate clients on home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
