Sales Representative – Field Sales | Mumbai
Location: Dahisar East
Employment: Full-Time
IEG Smart Home Energies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Representative to drive the market launch of our High Efficiency Pan Support Stand across Mumbai and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and onboard gas agencies, LPG distributors, appliance stores & local dealers.
Drive field sales and achieve monthly targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and generate orders.
Build and maintain retail/channel partner relationships.
Identify new markets and sales opportunities. Share market feedback and maintain regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA;
Diploma holders with strong sales experience may apply.
1–4 years in field sales, channel sales or distribution.
Experience in FMCG, gas appliances, kitchen/home appliances preferred.
Strong communication in Hindi/Marathi/English.
Existing dealer/retail network is an advantage.
Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
What We Offer: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Target Bonuses + Field Allowance No cap on incentives.
