approvals, and insurance integration. The company converts petrol 2-wheelers into electric/hybrid at
scale, offering affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. With 500+ vehicles already on-road and
growing monthly demand (75+ vehicles in Bengaluru), the company is aggressively expanding across
Karnataka and other states.
Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, market
penetration, and brand visibility. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and lead
generation to closing sales and after-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Candidate Profile
• Age: 22–36 years.
• Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred).
• Strong communication: Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales.
• CRM/software knowledge preferred.
