What You’ll Do
• Drive your own field sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building.
In office preparations before scheduling DEMO.
• Mentor salesrepresentatives by coaching them on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance.
• Track performance, share strategies, and help repssharpen their salesfunnel management.
• Inspire your mentees with your energy, discipline, and successstories.
• Be the go-topers on for motivation, problem-solving, and growth.
Requirements
• Graduate or Post-graduate in any stream.
• 0 - 1 year of experience.
• Build rapport with the team via a consultative sales approach.
• Passion for coaching, guiding, and uplifting others.
• Report management/analysis/alignment skills.
