Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-field B2B sales to generate leads and build relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.

• Identify new business opportunities within the Navi Mumbai and Kalamboli region.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through client acquisition and account management.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Excel .

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales within the real estate or building materials industry.

• Education: Graduate in any field (minimum qualification).

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Basic of MS Excel

  • In-depth local area knowledge of Kalamboli and Navi Mumbai

  • Proven track record in real estate field sales

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000 per month (excluding performance-based incentives)

• Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on monthly and quarterly targets

• Other Benefits: Travel allowance, on-field support, and career growth opportunities

Location

On-ground role based in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Candidates must be comfortable with daily field travel across local territories.
