GNG Auto Aids Pvt. Ltd., an authorized TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle franchise, is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Gurugram.

This is an on-roll position offering excellent earning potential, exposure to a reputed automobile brand, and long-term career growth.

📍 Job Details

• Location: Gurugram, Sector 12 (Near Bus Stand)

• Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll

• Experience: 0 to 6 years

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Working Days: 6 days a week

💰 Compensation

• CTC: ₹2.0 – ₹4 LPA

• Incentives: Performance-based (over & above CTC)

• Additional: Convenience / travel allowance

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and local market activities

• Meet prospective customers and assess their commercial vehicle requirements

• Present product features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing schemes

• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test drives

• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures

• Coordinate with internal teams (showroom, finance, insurance) for seamless deal execution

• Ensure timely follow-ups and post-sales customer satisfaction

• Track competitor activity and market trends within the assigned territory

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales or related fields such as:

• Automobile sales

• Banking & financial product sales (Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Credit Cards)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales

• Mandatory:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Gurugram
