💼 Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through outbound/cold calling.
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings.
Visit clients on the field and develop business opportunities.
Convince clients and close sales deals.
Onboard new clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Maintain basic records of sales activities and client interactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good command of English and regional language.
Comfortable with outbound calling and field visits.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with 1+ year of sales experience will be preferred.
