Responsibilities:
• Client acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients across industries such as Aviation, Automotive, Appliances, Power Supplies, and Instrumentation.
• Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and order processing.
• Technical coordination: Provide basic product support and coordinate with senior engineers for advanced technical queries.
• Market research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support growth strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Presentations: Support product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Must Haves
• Experience: 1–4 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Experience in the Electronics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Industry exposure: Familiarity with sectors such as Aviation, Automotive, Appliances, UPS/Inverters, Railways, etc. will be an advantage.
• IT proficiency: Comfortable with Email, Excel, Word, and GSuite.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Electrical/Electronic Engineering background is an added advantage.
• Independence: Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members.
