Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect, visit clients, and generate leads in the field to achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell electronics products/components/solutions to existing and new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in relevant industries.
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales on-site.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the Electronics Industry (e.g., components, manufacturing, or related products).
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge of electronics products (e.g., components, circuits, power supplies, etc.) to effectively communicate with technical clients.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently in the field with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
