Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers in assigned territories.

• Promote and sell company products such as spices, masalas, and packaged food items.

• Generate new leads and onboard new customers.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

• Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to convince customers and close sales.

• Knowledge of field sales and FMCG distribution.

• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.

• Customer relationship management.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales (FMCG experience preferred).

• Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are often preferred.

Salary Range

For similar roles in Delhi NCR, salaries are commonly in the range of ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, with incentives and travel allowances based on performance.
