About the Opportunity

Flipkart Minutes Food is rapidly expanding its presence across Bangalore and is looking for energetic, result-oriented Operations Executives to drive vendor and restaurant onboarding. This is a fully field-based role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and enjoy building strong business relationships.

Role Overview

• Conduct extensive field visits across Bangalore to onboard new restaurant partners and vendors.

• Take ownership of assigned territories and consistently achieve onboarding targets.

• Build long-term merchant relationships and drive sustainable business growth.

• Act as the face of Flipkart Minutes Food in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding

• Identify potential restaurant and vendor partners not currently listed on the platform.

• Drive daily onboarding of quality merchants onto the Flipkart Minutes Food ecosystem.

Field Sales Execution

• Visit and engage with 10 to 15 prospective restaurant brands and vendors daily.

• Present the Flipkart Minutes Food value proposition and convert prospects into active partners.

• Expand merchant coverage across assigned territories.

Territory Management

• Plan and execute structured market coverage within designated zones.

• Track onboarding progress and ensure achievement of operational milestones.

Documentation & Compliance

• Collect, verify, and process all required vendor documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with organizational and operational requirements.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Support operational efficiency through effective stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Vendor Acquisition, or similar roles.

• Prior sales experience in FMCG, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, Food-Tech, or related industries will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with a passion for field sales.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High adaptability and problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable with extensive local travel.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Mandatory Requirements

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be fluent in:

• English

• Hindi

• Kannada

Mobility

• Must own a personal two-wheeler.

• Fuel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Compensation & Employment Terms

• Employment Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

• Compensation: Base Salary + Fuel Reimbursement (Actuals) + Mobile Allowance

• Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

• Location: Bangalore

• Nature of Role: 100% Field-Based
