Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and digital outreach.
Acquire customers for salary accounts, loans, insurance, credit products, or other fintech offerings.
Conduct meetings with HR / corporate decision-makers for business development.
Follow the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → conversion.
Maintain relationships with corporate employees and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily MIS, reports, and CRM updates.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Participate in marketing campaigns and on-ground activation activities.
