🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Home Loan Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and expand our home loan business. The role involves fieldwork, meeting potential customers, and guiding them through the loan process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products through field visits

• Generate leads through open market, references, and local networks

• Meet prospective clients and understand their financial requirements

• Explain home loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly

• Assist customers with documentation and application process

• Coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs for loan processing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth

• Provide regular updates and reports (daily/weekly MIS)

🔹 Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work in field and meet customers regularly

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic understanding of home loans and financial products

• Local market knowledge

🔹 Experience & Qualification

• Graduate (any stream)

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / home loans preferred

• Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
