About the Role

We are hiring energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Excitel broadband (Wi‑Fi) plans in your assigned area. This is an on-ground role that involves meeting customers, generating leads, and closing sales. Freshers are welcome.

हम एक्साइटल ब्रॉडबैंड (वाई‑फाई) प्लान्स की सेल्स और प्रमोशन के लिए एनर्जेटिक और सेल्फ‑ड्रिवन फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव्स भर्ती कर रहे हैं। यह ऑन‑ग्राउंड रोल है जिसमें कस्टमर्स से मिलना, लीड जनरेट करना और सेल्स क्लोज करना शामिल है। फ्रेशर्स भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।

Key Responsibilities

• Visit households and businesses in the assigned area to sell Excitel Wi‑Fi plans.
  असाइन किए गए एरिया में घरों और बिज़नेस विज़िट कर के एक्साइटल वाई‑फाई प्लान्स बेचना।

• Generate new leads, explain plans, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  नई लीड्स जनरेट करना और प्लान, प्राइसिंग व बेनिफिट्स समझाना।

• Conduct basic product demos and speed/coverage explanations when needed.
  जरूरत पड़ने पर बेसिक डेमो और स्पीड/कवरेज की जानकारी देना।

• Execute on-ground promotions: distribute pamphlets, do stickering/posters as per plan, and run small area activities.
  ऑन‑ग्राउंड प्रमोशन करना: पम्फलेट बाँटना, स्टिकरिंग/पोस्टर्स लगाना और छोटे‑मोटे एरिया एक्टिविटीज़ करना।

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  कस्टमर रिलेशनशिप बनाए रखना और समय पर फॉलो‑अप करना।

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and record activities in CRM/reporting tools.
  डेली/वीकली सेल्स टार्गेट पूरे करना और CRM/रिपोर्टिंग में अपडेट करना।

• Gather market feedback and share local insights to improve conversions.
  मार्केट फ़ीडबैक लेना और लोकल इनसाइट्स साझा करना।

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 6 months of field sales experience.
  फ्रेशर या 6 महीने तक का फील्ड सेल्स अनुभव।

• Strong convincing and communication skills; basic English understanding.
  अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन/कन्विंसिंग स्किल्स; बेसिक इंग्लिश समझ।

• Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a smartphone.
  टू‑व्हीलर (बाइक) और स्मार्टफोन अनिवार्य।

• Good knowledge of the local area preferred.
  लोकल एरिया की जानकारी हो तो वरीयता।

• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
  सेल्फ‑मोटिवेटेड, टार्गेट‑ओरिएंटेड और फील्ड में काम करने में सहज।

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
  फिक्स्ड सैलरी: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव और इंटरव्यू पर निर्भर)।

Working Details

• Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Field-based role with daily travel in assigned neighborhoods.
