Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential driver-partners for onboarding
Explain company offerings, incentives, and benefits to prospective partners
Handle field visits, collect required documents, and ensure smooth onboarding
Promote Everest Fleet's services in specific areas through local marketing
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in system or register
Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams for seamless closure
Attend daily team meetings and review sessions with supervisors
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company values in field interactions
Requirements:
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0 to 6 years in field sales, marketing, or driver onboarding (Freshers welcome)
Good communication and convincing skills (local language is a plus)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Basic knowledge of Google Maps and mobile apps
Target-oriented, confident, and ready to work in the field
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours based on targets
