Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Note:
This is a field-based role that requires regular client visits, and candidates must have their own vehicle for local travel.
Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and pitch suitable products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
Submit daily reports and update the CRM with accurate client and sales information.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred
