About the Role

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and expand new market opportunities in Bangalore 

• Generate leads through direct sales and personal networks 

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors 

• Drive team performance and help them meet individual targets 

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Graduate in any discipline 

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Insurance, FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, etc.) 

• Strong understanding of the local market and local network 

• Self-motivated with proven ability to achieve sales targets 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
