Job Title: *CASA Sales Executive –* Utkarsh Small Finance BankExperience: 0–6 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time*Job Summary*We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven CASA Sales Officer to join our team in a bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating high-quality leads, and increasing the bank’s CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio.*Key Responsibilities*Acquire new customers for Current Account & Savings Account products.Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and market activities.Explain bank products and services clearly to customers.Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure cross-selling.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Conduct customer profiling to understand customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions.Provide timely reports on sales activities to the manager.
